The hotel has 237 guestrooms and that includes 16 suites. The rooms either have city or river views. All rooms include free wifi, a mini bar, bottled water, coffee and tea facilities, a 43” TV and an in-room safe. The hotel also has business facilities and a 25 meter heated swimming pool.

The hotel has standard rates starting $169 per night and the property is also a category 4 hotel which requires 10,000 points per night. If you are staying for 4 nights and want the fifth night free it’s 40,000 SPG points. The Four Points Melbourne Docklands was one of 11 Starwood properties to open in the next 2 years.

The hotel is a great addition to the Starwood portfolio in Australia. Luckily, many more Starwood properties will be opening and it’s great news for both tourists and fans of the SPG program. This is the third Starwood hotel to open in Melbourne and the next one to open will be the Aloft in January of 2019.

Not worth the money, definately better starwood properties in melbourne that offer superior access to the city. We stayed on day two of opening and it was clear the hotel was not ready to accommodate guests. Rooms are cramped and plain, food options are overpriced and not in line with the “Sheraton” brand.

What I found underwelming about the property was no offer of bottled water in the room and little or no recogintion of status
4P Sheraton PER and 4P Sheraton BNE at least do that for their elites (I’m an SPG Ambassador; 100 nights)
