A few weeks ago I wrote about Singapore Airlines bringing the A350 back to Melbourne, well the airline has just scheduled the A350 to now operate daily into Melbourne instead of 3 times weekly.

Per routesonline.com

From 12MAY17, SQ207/208 service will be operated by Airbus A350-900XWB on daily basis, instead of 3 weekly A350 and 4 weekly 777-200ER.

This is great news for passengers, The A350 is a brilliant aircraft to fly on and I thoroughly enjoyed my flight on Singapore Airlines’s aircraft a few months ago.

For those not aware here is the cabin layout for the Singapore Airlines A350:

The aircraft has 42 suites which are the newest for the carrier. They are fully flat at 180 degrees, have a pitch of 60, length of 78 and a width of 28 inches. The Business cabin is in a 1-2-1 configuration.

Redeeming for the flights are quite easy, especially with Krisflyer miles and Velocity points. All are one-way.

Here are the rates for Business Class redemption using Krisflyer miles. If you’re using Velocity points it will cost you 80,000 points.
