Qantas Just Hit One Million Sectors With Their 737-800’s!

It’s not every day I post something like this, but this achievement is pretty damn impressive!

Qantas has today operated their one millionth sector operated by one of their 70 737-800’s. The aircraft originated in Cairns and landed in Sydney today as QF923.

The 737 has been vital and is the workhorse for Qantas. They first got the aircraft in 1986 and have used the -300 and -400 variants which have been retired and are now a select few are operating as freight aircraft.
