Cathay Pacific has introduced a new menu for both First and Business Class guests. The new menu is part of a partnership with the Italian Michelin starred restaurant Tosca. For those not familiar the Tosca restaurant is located at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, the world’s tallest hotel.

I will be flying Cathay Business and First Class next week, so I’m quite intrigued to see what the dishes are like. Another thing that surprised me with the new is the fact that Cathay has recently been cost cutting and I’m sure these new menus aren’t ‘cheap.’

Hi, a little late to the party and the first one to reply, but I had a couple of questions. You say the new menu is available TO the US. Is it available from the US? I hope not. I am traveling in late October to Hong Kong in First from JFK. I have been used to seeing the caviar service and a nice large piece of steak. Please tell me they haven’t gotten rid of that? Then you said they are available until late April 30th. 2017 or 2018? If you can clarify, that would be great.
