Avianca LifeMiles Increases and Decreases Award Rates To Oceania

Lifemiles is one of the best loyalty programs for award travel, especially in Oceania. They have some fantastic rates for award travel to Aisa, Europe and the Americas.

I haven’t talked too much about the program on the blog but that will soon be changing that as I’ve been getting more familiar with it and finding good value from it.

The program has just announced both some increases and decreases to award travel to and from the Oceania region (Australia and New Zealand). The changes are set to be put in place from the 15th of May onwards.

First of all here are the increased rates:

The changes are not major enough to make people go wild making bookings and it’s actually not a bad devaluation. I’m pleasantly surprised to see some regions decreased and I’m not too worried about the increases as they were nowhere near the level of the AAdvantage devaluation…
