Korean Air has today changed the aircraft they will be using on the Seoul – Sydney – Seoul route. Korean 122 is usually operated by either an A330-200 and A380 in peak seasons. From September 1st they will be using their 747-8i aircraft on the route.

The 368 aircraft features six fully enclosed suites in a 1-1 config, 42 APEX suites in a 2-2-2 config and 314 economy seats in a 3-4-3 configuration.

Collecting Korean miles are pretty difficult to earn in Australia, but they have a pretty great rewards program if you can get the miles. If you wanted to get Korean miles, I would recommend transferring SPG miles. They have amazing availability on Australian flights, so it won’t be hard to get a seat.
I think I know what I want to review in September…
