Sydney To Get Asiana’s A380 In December

Great news for Korea-bound passengers in Sydney!

Korean-based carrier Asiana will again bring their flagship A380 aircraft to Sydney from the 1st of December until the 28th of February 2018. The aircraft will operate daily.

The airline also brought the A380 last year for a short time and it would be good to see them put the aircraft on the Seoul – Sydney route permanently.

Sadly, the airline will not be selling their First Class on the route and won’t even allow elite members to sit in the seats. This is quite a shame as the product looks fantastic and it would be easy to redeem for with LifeMiles.

Passengers in the Business Class cabin will be able to access the onboard premium lounge. The lounge is in between row 11 and 12 of the Business Class cabin.

The aircraft features 66 lay-flat Business Class passengers in a 1-2-1 configuration. The seats are staggered and the product is similar to what are found on some Vietnam Airlines and Etihad aircraft. The seats have 74.5 inches of seating space and the bed length is also 74.5 inches long. As well as this the seats are 22 inches wide and they feature a 15.6 Inch Inflight entertainment screen.
