Marriott & Qantas Are Offering Double Points For Stays In Oceania

As someone who flies on Qantas often and stays in Marriott properties, this offer is one that I’m excited about. Right now, both companies are offering double points when you stay at a Marriott property in Australia, Auckland, Fiji, Samoa and New Caledonia.

Usually when you earn points with Qantas and Marriott you’d earn 2 Qantas points for every $ spent at a luxury property and premium hotels and 1 point at select or longer stay brands, these number now go up to 4 points per $ and 2 points per $ respectively.

Marriott has a total of 1 property in Auckland (Four Points), 1 in New Caledonia (Le Meridien), 4 in Fiji (The Westin Denarau, Sheraton Denarau, Sheraton Fiji, Fiji Marriott, 2 in Somoa (Sheraton Somoa Aggie Grey’s hotel & Sheraton Somoa Beach) & 26 properties in Austraia, too see the list, click here.

When making your booking on the Marriott website, you’ll want to ensure that you include the code GW9 to guarantee that you’ll earn the bonus points, see below for reference:s

And when you’re ready to make the booking, you’ll see the Qantas Double Promotion listed on the room options.

If you have got travel coming up and your part of the Marriott Bonvoy & Qantas program, this is a nice quick way to earn some extra points.

If you’re wanting to know what type of property you’re staying in and which category it falls under, use the reference below:
